Kinetic electrical have won the award in the Working Well Together Small Firms category at the National Health & Safety Awards 2006. Kinetic beat the entries from all other small construction firms in the country.
Mr Nathan Ware received the honour at a glittering awards ceremony at the London Hilton Hotel in Park Lane on Thursday 22 June where 16 trophies were presented to the industry’s elite.
The award was judged by a panel of industry experts who deemed that Kinetic Electrical had “fully embraced the principles of the Working Well Together campaign” and had most successfully implemented the 4C’s – Co-operation, Communication, Competence and Commitment. The judges were particularly impressed with the development of the Safe Electrical Working Practices (SEWP) handbook which outlines safe electrical working guidelines
and useful emergency procedures for Kinetic staff in a practical and easily understood format.
Managing Director Nathan Ware is delighted that all the hard work they had done over the last year to improve Kinetic’s health & safety working procedures has been recognised at the industries biggest awards. He said, “this award means so much to us at Kinetic. We are determined to take our commitment to the health & safety of our workforce and associates even further in the coming year.”
